Being part of a compound we were happy to pay a “maintenance”fee including 25amp generator + heating+security ++ for 2500usd a year (cheap compared with the generator bill charged elsewhere)… we just got 2012 maintenance bill: we are being downsized to 15amps and the fee just went up to 4000$!!!! “Nba3asna”

and believe me 15 amps is more than enough for your house , people are living without electricity near CAP SUR VILLE
