BBM Bill

I was going to Dubai for work and i put my cell phone roaming to use the BBM service. All the time using BBM thinking I’m saving on my bill. When I came back to Lebanon ( after staying 3 days in Dubai ) there was an extra $400 my bill, so my bill was 800 US dollars. Nba3asna
